Apprenticeship (NVQ/QCF) Level 4
The qualification is fully funded so there is no cost whatsoever. It generally takes around 8-10 months to complete via a combination of workplace assessments and workshops. It is ideal for practitioners who work directly with clients, disseminating information, offering advice, guidance and support.
The course helps candidates gain a qualification for what they do every day and encourages reflective study of the service provided with focus on relevant industry changes.
