22.5 hours per week (12 month contract)

NJC Point 15: £23,541 (pro rata) 

Based in Carmarthen but home working at present

Closing Date:  12pm 05.08.21

Interview Date: 13.08.21

Applications are sought for this challenging, but highly rewarding role, from enthusiastic individuals who have experience of working with Third Sector organisations and can demonstrate a commitment to support the development and effectiveness of voluntary and community action in all fields of activity.  

The successful applicant will require a wide range knowledge, skills and experience, which will include: a knowledge of available funding sources; an understanding of community development and social exclusion issues; understanding of partnership working and collaboration; experience of training development; experience of project management; the ability to conduct and participate in meetings; the ability to extract and analyse information from diverse sources; the ability to produce written reports and articles, the ability to work under own initiative.
