We are a thriving social enterprise founded in 2013 that is a values-led organisation,  undertaking innovative qualitative research and evaluation work to further social inclusion in Wales. Since incorporation, we have delivered 40 research and evaluation projects across Wales, commissioned by organisations as varied as the Welsh Government, Health Boards and statutory and voluntary sector organisations.

We are at the next stage of our development and we are looking for dynamic, creative and committed people who can support and work with us on this exciting new journey! We are looking to recruit into the following positions:

  • 1x Evaluation & Outcomes Researcher (part-time – between 15 and 20 hrs/week)
  • 1x Business Support Coordinator (part-time – 15 hrs/week)

Both posts can be worked flexibly (whilst also fitting our business needs) and we will consider a home/office base/a combination for the right candidate. There is a need for some face to face work and to attend team meetings.

If you think that you have the skills and experience to help us realise our ambitions, for either of the positions, we would very much like to hear from you.  We offer competitive salaries, a contribution based pension, generous leave entitlement, in addition to being an employer who prioritises individual wellbeing and professional development. We are looking for people who are strongly committed to tackling social injustice, interested in being a part of a cooperative and feel they will fit the values and direction of our enterprise.

For further information and to request a copy of the Job Description(s) please contact Greg Thomas or Vikki Butler at carpcollaborations@gmail.com stating which role(s) you are looking to apply for.

We are inviting applications by CV, with a covering letter of up to 3 pages of A4, outlining how you feel you can meet the requirements of the role and what you feel you can bring to us as an organisation.
