Working with Children In Wales we are providing half day Training sessions on Participation and Children’s Rights for Practitioners, Managers and Policy Makers from Carmarthenshire County Coucnil and our Partners who are keen to explore how they can maximise the involvement of children and young people in their service area of work and the work of the organisation.
Participants will:
- Understanding Participation and how it enables Children’s Rights
- Explore the methods that can be used with children and young people on an individual and group bases to include them as widely as possible in decisions that affect their everyday lives
- Explore Participation and its Legal Framework
- Gain practical skills on involving young people in your work
- Have fun!
