Invitation from Marie Curie (NEW session times)

When someone dies, we may not be prepared for the emotional or practical impact. Marie Curie would like your help in developing the information and support we offer at such a difficult time. If you have been bereaved and feel you would be able to talk about it in a small group, we would be very grateful for your help.

We would like to hear about your experiences of bereavement, what help you had, what help you needed, and what you wish you had known.

The two sessions will be:

  • 2pm Thursday 31 March in person at Diverse Cymru offices in Cardiff
  • 10.30am on Friday 1 April online

If you would like to participate in one of these sessions please contact Julie.skelton@mariecurie.org.uk

We recognise that we all, at some point in our lives, encounter loss and bereavement. You may wish to reflect on your personal experience and own emotions, before deciding if the time feels right for you to join this discussion group. The sessions are limited to 6 participants to ensure that it’s a comfortable space for you to contribute your perspective and experience.   Please remember that, if you need it, our support services are here for you. You can call our free Support Line on 0800 090 2309 (8am-6pm Monday to Friday and 11am-5pm on Saturdays)

We hope to hear from you.
