Carer Officer – 2 x Posts
Salary: £23,542 per annum, pro rota
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: 1 x Prince Philip Hospital, Llanelli, 1 x Glangwili General Hospital, Carmarthen
Carer Officers will promote a positive and inclusive perspective of the role of unpaid carers to hospital staff, promote understanding of carer related issues and help to improve unpaid carers’ (of all ages) experience of discharge planning.
Deadline for applications is 9.00 am Monday 4th July 2022

All posts are offered on a fixed-term contract until 31st March 2023 with the potential for extending pending further funding.
