Working on a locality basis (based around Afan, Neath or Upper Valleys) you will get to know what is happening in the area and build relationships with the local residents and community groups, working with them to build community resilience.

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £23,006 – £27,233 per annum pro rata

Funded initially to 31st March 2023
