Feedback from this survey will help inform the Welsh Government CYP Bereavement Pathway which is currently being written with the aim of improving access to bereavement support in Wales and shaping current and future services available to CYP. It’s so important that we have the voices of children and young people to do this.
We will be monitoring responses as they come in and the survey will be running until 31st March 2024.
