We are looking for a dedicated Tenancy support worker to deliver support to people in and around the Gwendraeth Valley and Ammanford.
Taking a psychologically trauma and ACE informed approach you will make a difference to the lives of others by delivering high quality tenancy support This is an exciting role where no two days are the same. You will be part of a small team that is dedicated to improving the lives of those we work with.
You will carry your own caseload and using a flexible approach, you will engage with our service users by providing individual tailored tenancy related support. Building resilience and enabling them to make informed choices about their future.
The key aim is to promote their independence and prevent homelessness, and in doing so, support and enable people to lead a more stable lifestyle.
