Yr Urdd have an exciting opportunity coming up soon – our #FelMerch National Conference, taking place in Cardiff on 13 November.
This inspiring event is aimed at young women aged 16–25 and is designed to support and empower them to stay active, while breaking down the barriers that prevent participation in sport.
The #FelMerch Conference will be Wales’ largest female youth sports event, offering a unique opportunity for young women and girls to come together, learn, network, and be inspired.
Workshops on the day will be led by leading experts and include:
- Introduction to Calisthenics
- Boxing with Rosie Eccles
- Injury prevention
- #FelMerch workshop
- Health and wellbeing for women in sport
- Meet the industry
This event is part of the Welsh Government’s legacy project celebrating the Welsh Women’s Football Team reaching their first UEFA European Championships.
