Come along to Ammanford Pensioners Hall on Thursday 23 April, where experts will be on hand to provide free blood pressure checks, stroke prevention and awareness advice, defibrillator and CPR demonstrations, and tools to know your risk for diabetes. All this with free refreshments!
Drop in anytime between 10am and 4pm, with free informative talks at 11am and 2pm.
