An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone passionate about Carmarthenshire’s food and farming – and building a county-wide movement for buying, serving and selling local and sustainable food.
This short-term freelance position will involve bringing food producers, retail, hospitality and private customers together to develop an online farmer market, and to work with a wider team across the region to trial ‘good food loop’ collection and delivery routes.
Food for the Region is a Welsh Government project including Bwyd Sir Gâr Food, Bwyd Abertawe and Neath Port Talbot Local Food Partnerships. The lead partner is Bwyd Abertawe hosted by 4TheRegion.
