CAVS Office has the following facilities:
- three meeting rooms
- a training suite
All rooms are wheelchair accessible:
- Level access into the front entrance on Queen Street
- Wheelchair accessible doorways
- Lift to all floors
- Disabled toilets

Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled with less than five working days notice will incur the full fee. Bookings cancelled less than ten working days of the date will incur a 50% fee. Cancellation needs to be in writing or by email.
Other services
CAVS also provides practical services such as
- loan of training equipment
- PA system and PAT tester available to hire
- Photocopying services
