Carmarthenshire Intergenerational Projects were funded by the Healthier West Wales Transformation Fund.
Older people and younger people have a huge amount to offer each other through sharing their knowledge and experiences, learning from one another and providing each other with support. Intergenerational projects bring a wide range of benefits, both to individuals and to our communities.
