Carmarthenshire Third Sector Children and Young People Network
Network and Padlet currently suspended
A newly formed network for organisations working with children and young people across Carmarthenshire. The aim is for organisations to come together to share information, look at commonalities, strengths, and to collaborate to achieve common goals.
Early Intervention: To make sure that people have the right help at the right time; as and when they need it.
The Network will allow third sector organisations working with Children and Young People to support the implementation of the Carmarthenshire Well-being Plan.
We’re collecting many of the resources together in one place – the Children and Young People Padlet.
We’ll keep adding more items as we find them, so please check regularly
