We know it’s a busy time, but in the wake of COVID-19, it’s never been more critical to address the mental and physical well-being of staff. Stress can prevent us from being fully-focused and doing our best work. Left unaddressed, stress can lead to burnout, disengagement, sick days, and strained relationships with colleagues.
Being proactive about mental health and wellbeing support at work can offer a potential return on investment of up to 5:1 and bring about tangible improvements in teamwork, individual productivity and staff retention.
Our Working Well Programme can be completed in as little as one or two months – you have up to six months to complete the three stages – all of which are free-of-charge for SMEs that are eligible under ESF funding (see registration form).
Our Working Well Programme is free of charge to Small-to-Medium Enterprises in Anglesey, Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Conwy, Denbighshire, Gwynedd and Pembrokeshire, thanks to funding from the Welsh Government and European Social Fund. To-date we have supported almost 300 businesses with our fully-funded training and consultancy.
