Building Capacity – from ‘here and now’ to ‘here and future’.
As a sector, we must congratulate ourselves for responding rapidly to the overwhelming challenges posed by Covid-19 pandemic. Adapting services, working in ways that previously did not seem possible and forging new collaborations has enabled us to deliver in the ‘here and now’.
What of ‘here and future’? How will current issues impact us in the future as we continue to navigate the changing landscape?
CAVS ‘Training conversations’ is an opportunity for us to discuss these issues and to have the space to reflect on the future wellbeing of the sector so that we continue to develop as a resilient, sustainable, vibrant, diverse and effective voluntary sector.
Open to all voluntary and non-profit organisations in Carmarthenshire, ‘Training conversations’ will be held weekly on zoom from 5.00pm to 7.00pm every Wednesday starting on 6th October.
“Digital Equity for All Ages” is our first topic aligning us to the theme of the international day for Older Persons observed on 1st October.
