Mae’r digwyddiad yn arbennig ar gyfer pobl gydag arthritis ynghyd ag asiantaethau, mudiadau ac eraill sy’n dymuno dysgu mwy am y cyflwr hwn ac ein gwaith. Mae’r sesiwn hon yn rhan o gyfres o sesiynau gwybodaeth am gyflyrau penodol.
