Actif Anywhere was offered as a part of the campaign to those residing in West Wales.
Funding will be available up to £25,000 per annum, over a maximum of two years.

The fund is specifically to offer Carers a short break from their Caring role, gift vouchers for their chosen venue, up to the value of £500.
