We could walk a neighbours dog for them
Good morning – It’s not raining in Wales today!
Hi, my name’s Sue Smith and I am a trustee and the founder of Carmarthenshire Therapy Dogs. You’ll have to excuse my appearance but as usual life takes over and the dogs need a walk while it’s not raining so we’re up here in the forest giving the dogs a good run
I started CTD 9 years ago in 2015 and my reasons were because I was finding a lot of lonely, isolated people out in the community people who missed their pets desperately, and I tried to look at ways of fulfilling that, and therapy dogs was borne.
Being a trustee is a big responsibility to any charity and I have 5 other trustees who are just fantastic and over 40 volunteers who are like a family so with good luck and continued funding we will continue to grow and provide our services within Carmarthenshire
And a big hello from our star Alice who has probably been photographed more in the past year than any other time.
