The pandemic has seen a big increase in volunteers in Wales. Volunteering Wales aims to build on this and provide a volunteering platform that’s fit for the future.
Do you work with volunteers? Would you like to involve volunteers in your work in the future?
If you’re a volunteer provider, or are considering involving volunteers, your views are needed on the next Volunteering Wales platform, a free tool to make it easier for you to recruit, manage and retain volunteers.
Please take part in this five to ten minute survey and help shape the platform that aims to build on the incredible volunteer response we’ve seen in Wales.

About the survey
Volunteering Wales understands that to provide a platform that really makes life easier for volunteer providers, it’s really important to involve the people that will use the platform in its design and development from the very beginning. That’s what this survey is all about.
The survey is being conducted by independent evaluator, Wavehill. Any comments you make will remain confidential and your responses will only be used for the purposes of this research.
The survey should take no more than five to ten minutes to complete, and your feedback will help Volunteering Wales to develop a platform that will shape the future of volunteering in Wales and support those who work with volunteers.
If you have any further questions you can contact Ioan Teifi (ioan.teifi@wavehill.com | 01545 571 711) or Michiel Blees at WVCA (mblees@wcva.cymru).
