Who: 16-24yr olds who are not in Education, Employment or training
The Actif Communities team has successfully secured funding through the Welsh Government Winter of Wellness fund and has partnered with the Scarlets to produce a 10 week project which targets those who are not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET).
The aim of this project is to improve the overall health and well-being of identified NEET population as they are supported through a journey to prepare for integration into community sport either as a participant or volunteer. The project also looks to foster qualities such as confidence, organisation, leadership and communication skills to transfer to the workplace. There is no cost, and all aspects of the course is fully funded for each candidate. Spaces are limited.
