This Participatory Budgeting (PB) Toolkit has been produced by Community Volunteering Development Officers from West Wales.
It is intended to be a useful tool for community groups and organisations who are planning to organise a grant making PB event.
As well as the toolkit, sample application forms, guidance notes, posters and evaluation forms are included in the pack.
