Welcome to the CAVS training brochure for the first half of 2024. We’re delighted to be able to offer a full range of training courses for you and your organisation – whether you are looking for help managing or mentoring your volunteers, or need training in safeguarding or food hygiene.
The “Growing Third Sector Organisations” project provides information and in-depth support to strengthen your organisation. We support organisations to be resilient and sustainable in delivering grass roots activities in their communities. Most importantly, courses offered under the project are free to third sector organisations based in Carmarthenshire.
We’ll delivering more training over the coming months and releasing further dates for our courses, so keep an eye out for more information. Courses will include Equality, diversity & inclusion, Roles & responsibilities of trustees, How to set up a new third sector organisation, Digital communication & social media. We will also be offering quick online training courses around a variety of topics.
