Adult Learners’ Week 19 - 25 Medi & 17 – 23 Hydref 2022.

Adult Learners’ Week is the biggest learning campaign in Wales. It raises awareness of the value of lifelong learning enabling adults to access a plethora of free courses and learning events to enhance skills and to improve health and wellbeing.

Free, online courses

This is the 31st year of the Adult Learning Week which is Coordinated by the Learning and Work Institute in partnership with the Welsh Government and other partners.

The Unite Wales Union Learning Fund (WULF)

The Unite Wales Union Learning Fund (WULF) offers support, advice and funding for vocational training and personal development and can signpost to a wide range of online courses that are fully funded or discounted and also takes applications for funding bursaries up to £200 per person.

Welsh Language

The Unite WULF project is also offering a superb opportunity to learn Welsh through the ‘Say Something in Welsh’ program.

The normal cost of a Say Something in Welsh account is £120 per year, however if you sign up through the Unite WULF project you can get up to 12 months subscription for just £20 for Unite Union members and £40 for NONUnite Union Members, with the Unite Union WULF project funding the rest of the cost.

Places are limited and will be on a first come first serve basis.
